Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community at Century Bartram Park! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $350.00 pet fee for the first pet and an additional $150 pet fee for a second pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 for each pet. While we do not have weight restrictions, we do have breed restrictions.
